3. No Water Heater and Freezing Temps
What to do: If pipes are at risk of freezing, keep a faucet dripping and open cabinet doors under sinks to let warm air reach the pipes. Frozen pipes can burst within hours.
4. Gas Smell Near a Water Heater or Line
